2015 Meat CSA Shares! 

We are proud to offer all natural local meat shares. No antibiotics, growth stimulants or hormones, just delicious locally raised meat! We raise the pastured chicken and the pasture raised beef and pork is from Northwind Farms in Tivoli, NY, a family farm renowned for  raising only the finest all natural meat in the Hudson Valley. All shares are monthly.

What is pasture raised? Pasture raised means the animals were raised on grassland, with plenty of access to land to roam  around and graze on grasses and weeds, the way they were meant to. It's considered a sustainable method of agriculture, as the land feeds the animals and the animals' waste feeds the land for future uses.

The result is leaner, more flavorful meat. Try some and taste the difference!
