2024 TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.

SHARES & CANCELLATION POLICY

You have the option of paying for your share in full (which is a SAVINGS of 15% )

or making payments weekly. Shares are non-refundable, any full or partial refund is at the sole discretion of Black Horse Farms. Sale or transfer of your share to a 3rd party requires written permission from Black Horse Farms.

WEEKLY SHARES & ORDERING POLICY

Customers who have chosen to pay for their shares on a weekly basis MUST remember to place your order and make your payment every Monday no later than midnight. You can place your order on our website.

All orders must be in by midnight each Monday if you are choosing to customize your farm basket. Otherwise a standard basket will be chosen for your weekly basket.

PICKUP POLICY
When you sign up for the CSA, pick-up days at the store will be Thursdays & Saturday. The pick-up hours are after 1 pm on Thursday and after 10 am on Saturday. We have 3 Saturday drop off locations. Saugerties drop will be at 10 am in the Big Lots parking lot (just off Ulster Ave), Menands drop will be at the Farmer's Market in Menands between the hours of 7-10 am, and the Ravena drop off will be in the parking lot in front of Janine's Floral Shop at 9:20 am. Shares are not available before or after this pickup window. Shares that are not picked up during the pickup hours will be donated and cannot be held or picked up at an alternate date or time. If you know you will not be able to pick up your share during a particular week, please make arrangements for another family member, friend or neighbor to pick it up for you. Each week you will receive a basket with your share; we ask that you return your basket on the following week, when you pick up your next share.
Please note that for our winter CSA Pick up is Thursday, Friday or Saturday only in our Athens Location!

PRIVACY POLICY

At Black Horse Farms we respect your privacy. From time to time we will send you an email regarding your share content, or information relevant to the Black Horse Farms CSA program. You can choose to opt out of these emails anytime
